Supported by over two decades of mortgage industry experience, Octavio Quevedo brings guidance and insight to his role as a Sr. Loan Officer with Golden Coast Finance. From home purchases in California and beyond to refinancing for lower mortgage payments, he offers expert knowledge and understanding to artfully guide you to your unique goal. He can even counsel you through the process of accessing funds through your home’s equity, using his vast experience to keep the process simple. The son of a barber and a bookkeeper, Octavio grew up in a home with 7 siblings near the Mexico-U.S. border. He joined the workforce as a dishwasher at 14 years of age, following his ambitions into the culinary arts before immigrating to the U.S. in 1997. Just two years later, Octavio entered the mortgage industry, working over the years for a series of high-profile institutions before transitioning to a focus on direct lending. Today, he serves the Greater Los Angeles area and surrounding cities with customized advice tailored to your unique needs.
